Liliana Inocêncio is a Junior Researcher in Copelabs. She is presently studying the PHD in Informatic at the Lusófona University, Portugal. She has received a B.Sc. degree in information systems management (2007) from the university of Uni-Mindelo, São Vicente, cabo Verde, and a master degree in information systems management (2012) from the university of Lisbon (ISEG), Lisbon. From 2008 to 2010 she has worked as analyst and developer with the PL/SQL tool at Compta CV. In 2012 has worked with Siebel CRM configuration at PTSI. In 2013 she returned to Cape Verde where she worked in help desk for the hotel Melia Dunas. In 2015 a new challenge appeared, in the form of customer management for an inflight catering company (Freitas Catering). In 2016 she received certification in Outsystems Associate Developer.
