Jonnahtan Saltarín, has a degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Computer Engineering and Communication Networks. At SITILabs, Jonnahtan will participate at the MITS project - Modular Management for Intelligent Transportation Systems. This project is a collaboration between SITILabs, the Lusofona University and EFACEC. He studied in Italy, Venezuela and Switzerland where he developed several projects and gained experience in his areas of interest. He has published a paper on the theme "P2P Video Streaming with Inter-Session Network Coding.”
